BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Cassandra has spent the last 10 years working with the disabled community around the areas of finding and
maintaining employment. Her experiences have ranged from direct care to intensive case management.
Currently she serves as the President and CEO of Career Focus Inc. She has committed her time and efforts
to serving persons with disabilities. Cassandra will obtain her Registered Nurse License in February 2017.
She is very excited about the work that she is doing with Career Focus Inc. and looks forward to a bright
Zaira Khan currently serves as a Performance Improvement Specialist with Baycare Behavioral Health
System, a large healthcare organization based in the Tampa Bay area. Ms. Khan’s primary expertise is in
business development and project management. Her education consists of a Bachelor’s degree in Health
Science and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Ms. Khan also has a background in assisting
entrepreneurs in establishing and enhancing existing business operations; in addition, she currently serves on
the board of Career Focus, Inc. in Florida.
Paul Bough currently serves as a Senior Managing Consultant with Berkeley Research Group, a
national consulting firm providing management consulting and expert investigation services in a
number of industries. Mr. Bough’s primary expertise is in the design and construction industries,
where he has served for over 35 years. Mr. Bough also has a background in workforce
development, having managed workforce development projects for MiamiDade Schools; in
addition, he currently serves on the board of CareerSource Central Florida.

Who are we?
Career Focus, Inc. is a primary, non-profit corporation entity whose mission is to provide high quality job coaching, resume building, job preparation and employment placement services to persons with disabilities in the Tampa Bay and Central Florida communities. Through our services, Career Focus Inc. aims to integrate persons with disabilities into the wider community by engaging them in productive work activities and expand their opportunities for self-sufficiency. Our service outreach extends to all persons with disabilities, including but not limited to those with hearing, visual, physical, developmental, learning, mental health, alcoholism, and other disabilities.
