About Career Focus

Career Focus Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has been serving the community since 2013. Our primary objective is to assist individuals, including persons with disabilities, veterans, and youth in transition, in finding and maintaining employment. We believe in targeting job opportunities that align with an individual's abilities, health status, and personal aspirations. By doing so, we aim to create a more inclusive and supportive work environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Cassandra Garvey

CEO / Founder

Cassandra Garvey, President and CEO of Career Focus Inc., brings over 15 years of experience in working with the disabled community in various roles such as direct care and intensive case management. With a degree in nursing, Ms. Garvey has dedicated her career to serving individuals with disabilities and has a deep understanding of their unique needs and challenges. Under her leadership, Career Focus Inc. is committed to providing comprehensive employment services and support to individuals, including persons with disabilities, helping them find and maintain meaningful employment opportunities.

Taveesha Guyton

Vice President

Taveesha Guyton, B.A, BSW, is a Registered Behavior Technician with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Taveesha has worked in many capacities in the Autism Community. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Social Work from the University of South Florida, Saint Petersburg Campus.

Paul Bough

Paul Bough currently serves as a Senior Managing Consultant with Berkeley Research Group, a national consulting firm providing management consulting and expert investigation services in a number of industries. Camille Felicia

Treasurer

Camille Felica attended the University of South Florida. She has over 10 years’ experience working as an administrative assistant working for the past six years with Kepro, a company contracted by Medicare. Camille brings her experience and skills to Career Focus and serves as the Secretary for Career Focus Inc.
